Expectations
You can expect to be challenged, training is crafted to fit around your life commitments but what you do will take your fitness to another level. After all not much worth doing is done in your comfort zone.
You can expect to have fun. The sessions may be challenging but I aim to keep it interesting.
Be open to learning, as with almost any industry the environment and training principles continually evolve. Running really is a science and everyone is different, what works for one person may not work for you. We can only truly know what works through some experimentation. This is where clear communication is important. Your training is guided by the feedback received, which determines when you can push things a little or when a little rest is required.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. Be open about your goals.
